Set a challenge

Travel to another city within Aotearoa or get out the atlas and trek the Great Wall of China or run a marathon. You can ‘go the distance’ solo or you can split the challenge within your bubble as a virtual team.

How it works

  1. Set up and personalise your fundraising page to tell the world how you’re going the distance.
  2. Go to your dashboard and select ‘My Fitness Activity’ to sync with your Strava or Fitbit accounts. If you don’t have one, you can manually enter your goal and track your distance.
  3. Start to ‘Go the Distance’ and earn badges by reaching your fundraising and distance goals!

The funds you raise will help the Mental Health Foundation to continue supporting Kiwi households in this changing environment. We don’t know what the biggest needs will be in the coming months, but we do know the need for mental health support and information will grow. Your donations will ensure the Mental Health Foundation can provide resources, information and hope to families around the country. It’s a wonderful way to be active, stay connected with loved ones and spread aroha to all New Zealanders from home.
