Nearly 50% of New Zealanders will experience a mental health problem in their lifetime.
As many as 1 in 5 Kiwis will face mental health challenges this year alone.
Our goal for the Clothing Swap 2019 is to raise $10,000 for the Mental Health Foundation, as well as to raise awareness around mental health in New Zealand.
Please make a donation of $20 (or more) through this page to participate in the Clothing Swap 2019. We look forward to seeing you there on the day!!
Or if you can't make it along to the day but would still like to donate to this great cause, any donation amount would be greatly appreciated.
The money raised will help the Mental Health Foundation of NZ provide individuals, workplaces, schools and communities with the tools and education they need to build positive mental health and well being.
