Ivan, thank you for what you are doing. Your personal story is a powerful reminder to us all that hope is always within reach when walking a fragile and painful journey. It is also a reminder that healing is within reach with the support and acceptance of others. None of us are exempt from hard times where mental health which can so easily become unbalanced. The awareness you bring is also an encouragement in making good decisions for ourselves on a daily basis. Go well Ivan.
