Mental Health Breakfast

By Katrina Guy

Look who's doing a fundraiser!

Join us to support mental health in Aotearoa New Zealand

Water New Zealand will be hosting a Mental Health breakfast at this year’s Stormwater Conference.

Already 2023 has been a tough year for many of us and that can take its toll on our mental health and well-being.

Did you know that nearly half of all New Zealanders will experience a mental health issue in their lifetime?  Mental illness can be debilitating and life threatening for sufferers and their whanau and friends.

Donate today to join us for breakfast at this year’s Stormwater Conference and help support the work of the Mental Health Foundation of Aotearoa.  You’ll be helping provide people, workplaces, schools and communities with the tools they need to build better outcomes for mental health and well-being.

We want to raise $1,000 so please donate today!

Every little bit counts!

Thank you in advance,

The Water New Zealand Team

For me donating to MHF is a no brainer. In a previous work I had issues and with the help of MFH resources I was able to fight my way back.
