Hold a cake baking competition! Invite staff to donate $5 to taste test and vote for the best cake. Invite neighbouring businesses to donate and vote too.

Will your workplace stand side-by-side with Kiwis struggling to cope?

This year workplaces have the opportunity to show their support for Kiwis struggling to cope by creating a dedicated fundraising page. On that page, workplaces also have the option to match all donations received. This is a fantastic way for workplaces to show support for both their staff and the wellbeing of Kiwis in need. Creating the page couldn’t be easier. Simply email Alanna Ramsay at and she’ll take care of the rest!

How to make your donation

If you have an online fundraising page, your donations come straight to us and your supporters are receipted automatically.

If you want to make your donation by credit card, make it through the Mental Health Awareness Week Donate page.

If you're collecting cash at your event, our preferred method of transfer is by bank deposit. If you've touched base with us we've probably given you a banking code and reference to use with your banked donation. This helps us to receipt you quicky and efficiently. If you don't have a donor code and reference, get in touch.
