Cookie and Tyler's 100km SkiErg
Kia ora everyone,
RAW's very own Coach, Josh Hall (Cookie) will be doing the Josh & Tyler 100km Concept2 SkiErg on Saturday, September 25 at RAW HQ (6/47 Totara Street, Mount Maunganui) to help support the work of the Mental Health Foundation, and assist in suicide prevention and awareness.
This will be a challenge for him - but every day can be a challenge for people like his sister, Tyler who may not have known about the resources she needed to maintain a positive well-being and function well in their everyday lives. This is a common issue in our community.
Now the important stuff, the why:
Nearly 50% of New Zealanders will experience a mental health problem in their lifetime, and we don?t want them to face it on their own. Your donation will help the Mental Health Foundation of Aotearoa provide people, workplaces, schools and communities with the tools they need to build positive mental health and well-being.
We want to raise $100,000?so please donate today!
