New Zealand has some of the highest rates of bullying in the world.

People who are bullied are more likely to experience mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety and even suicidal thoughts.

Pink Shirt Day, run by the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, is a day where New Zealand celebrates diversity and where everyone feels safe, valued and respected at work, school or in their community.

Show your support and hold a fundraiser! Or why not buy a t-shirt to show your commitment to ending bullying and spreading kindness?

Money raised through Pink Shirt Day goes directly into growing the Pink Shirt Day movement!
